“Happy anniversary” (for a wedding) in Esperanto is Feliĉan geedziĝan datrevenon! (feh-LEE-chahn geh-eh-DZEE-jahn dah-treh-VEH-nohn), literally “a happy wedding date-return”. Datreveno is the yearly return of a date, and geedziĝa means “of a wedding”. We found no fixed formula, so this follows the usual wish pattern with -n.

ReVo remarks that many Esperantists use datreveno alone to mean “birthday”, under the influence of Romance languages, although naskiĝtago is more widely used and understood. So name the event: geedziĝa datreveno. For the public celebration of a big round anniversary, ReVo has jubileo.
